Check the suit before you change it
Owners in this range routinely cut the fingertips off a closed suit, cut a hole for the bathroom, paint the fabric or glue foam to it. All of those work — the spandex takes acrylic paint and spray adhesive well and does not unravel when cut — and every one of them ends any possibility of sending the suit back. One buyer in this catalog reported exactly that: a faulty suit that could no longer be returned because it had already been altered.
So do the boring part first. Open the parcel, check the color against what you ordered, check that the pull-cord or felt mask is in the bag if the listing said it would be, put the suit on, and close the zipper slowly all the way. Then start cutting.
If something is wrong
A split zipper, stitching that tears out, a missing accessory or a color that is plainly not the one pictured are all faults, and all of them are handled at the point of sale. Photograph what arrived before you send anything back. Buyers who have gone through this in our range describe it as straightforward.
